Pass-through washing machine for KLT crates

Pass-through washing machine for plastic crates, with a capacity of 150 KLT crates / hour. With a powered and gravity conveyor. The washing of the crates is carried out in the main wash zone, with the help of a centrifugal pump and adjustable nozzles, mounted on a spraying collector. The water for the main wash is heated by 2 screw-in heaters (2 x 10 kW), which are located in the tank. A thermos sensor in the tank, allows a temperature regulation of the wash water. The freed rinse water is carried out in the main tank. After rinsing, the crates are dried in the blow-off zone, with the aid of two fans. The machine corpus is made entirely out of stainless steel, material No. 1.4301. The machine complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU- and USDA regulations.
